Lake Front 4 Bedroom Home with Hot Tub & Sauna

Smoking is NOT permitted in all areas of the home and property. Smoking is not allowed in the home, hot tub, sauna or in any outdoor areas Check in time 4pm Check out time 10am Self check in with a lockbox/keypad House Rules: - House is to be left in the same condition it was found- clean and tidy - All dishes should be washed, dried and put away in the correct location - Dishwasher emptied - Floors swept and clean - Please do not track sand into the home - All garbage and recycling should be gathered and placed in the outdoor garbage containers -Kitchen should be clean- counters wiped, fridge and freezer emptied, stove, oven and microwave wiped down and dishwasher emptied - Linens/towels/cloths (kitchen and bath) should be started on a wash cycle in the washing machine - sheets and pillow cases stripped and placed by the laundry room. Please leave UNUSED beds as they were found - Bathroom should be left clean, garbage emptied and linens started on a wash cycle - Please- no moving of furniture - BBQ should be clean, free of food, scrapped and BBQ utensils clean and put away - Outdoor areas, including the yard, deck and beach area, should be free of garabge and furntiture back to its original location - Please use the pink foot rinse buckets prior to entering the hot tub, sauna or home All guests must be considerate of neighbours. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Fireworks are not permitted at any time Quiet time is 10pm-9am Please note pets are typically welcome, however please inquire prior to booking. Unfortunately cats are not permitted. Dogs must be on a leash when outdoors at all time, pet owners must clean up all pet excrements and dispose, any damage from pets will be charged- no exceptions. Pet fee required at time of booking is $50
